The hotel is conveniently located in the Postplatz area, making it easy to explore the old center either by walking or taking a tram. there are nearby options for a light breakfast, perfect for starting your day off right. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive experience.
The internet service provided by the hotel was slow and unreliable.

Close to old town, 15 min walk, good breakfast, free internet , many nearby parking options. Booked double bed in advance, but got 2 singles instead, staff refused to convert. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, quality room exceeded expectations. Ideal for business travelers, ticks all boxes, especially price. Tram stop to city center very close. No opinion on breakfast.

This hotel provides great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated in a relatively quiet side road next to a police station in the business district of the city. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the city center, just across the bridge from the old town.
All was well, no improvements necessary.

The spacious room and the cleanliness were great. The bathroom and shower were good, and the mattress was really comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, especially for exploring Neustadt, with excellent cafes on Louisenstrasse. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free.

Our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the surrounding area. Despite the lack of a coffee machine, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
